Rising Storm 2 Vietnam - unreleased Soundtrack from the devs! (2020 edition)

As we mentioned a while back, the Rising Storm 2 soundtrack had a clipping issue; compossers had intentionally added a saturation effect to give the recording a grittier feel, but the result was actual digital clipping. Well, it turns out we’ve have one of the game's developers in our Discord server all this time without even realizing it! When we asked a few questions about the game, he shared an unreleased version of the soundtrack with us—one where that flaw is either gone or barely noticeable (it doesn't actually clip). It seems that, for some reason, the UPK extractor everyone used back then to pull the files actually caused and accentuated real clipping. That’s why I always said the beta version was the only good one; now, however, we have a version extracted directly by the developers—as clean as possible and in top quality—that even includes new tracks! These are tracks that, for whatever reason, are missing from the versions of the OST currently circulating online!

of the game, sadly as hll vn release and squad vietnam release i doubt 

i will back to RS2 if custom server is not back too; however RS2 still having

better things than the others game like TUNNELS and more SLICKS

 This amazing soundtrack still having the vibes of apocalypse now, is not as good as classic nam games but definitely is better than HLL VN soundtrack or whatever. This is the 2020 version after the last dlc was added GREEN ARMY INCLUDED

Rising Storm 2 Vietnam Soundtrack [Updated 2025] Gamerip

Para mi sorpresa he re-descubierto esta BSO con una nueva gamerip ambiental de temas que estan en los archivos pero que no salen ni en el juego.. demasiado psicodelicos y demasiado buenos para una audiencia millenial. De normal nunca le di demasiada importancia a la BSO  de este juego, es muy pasable si la comparamos con otros títulos parecidos, pero estos temas nuevos y en una calidad mejor pese a que saturan un poco..  me ha encantado

De todas formas he añadido una pista que es pasada y reparada por un cassette

CLIPEA pero bueno, aun asi es la mejor version de la banda sonora que hay, a 256 Kbps, no tengo tiempo ni ganas de ponerme a ripearla yo de nuevo y a renombrar y seleccionar los temas, además es posible que sea por culpa de cierto tipo de extractor de audio que hace que las pistas clipeen un poco más. La version gamerip de la beta de 2015 tiene  los temas sin clipear pero a menor calidad y sin nombrar, ademas de mezclados con el resto de temas que no son tan buenos

Ni que decir que la BSO oficial tambien clipea, ni siquiera los dueños del juego han sabido extraerla o mezclarla propiamente  o lo que sea, nadie le da demasiada importancia a la música solo nosotros
